Development of Recreation Zone
The project is a reconstruction of existing public recreation zone in downtown. There are new buildings stipulated by the project: new yacht club with slipway,
tennis courts, fitness club, little zoo, restaurant and small hotel on the riverside.
Development Program of Residential Area
The project tasks were the analysis and concept development of improved residential environment in Dnepropetrovsk. Idea is to create green, sport and recreation zones in residential areas of the city. And cover it with big transparent domes. It is let to create a special environment and more balanced composition of this regions.

Masterplan of Dwelling Area
This project is a masterplan of development of dwelling area of city Volnogorsk. Perimeter is forming with 3-5 floors dwelling buildings. The both north and south sides are given up for private residential houses. In the middle of the area is public space with kindergarten with swimming pool, sports ground, supermarket and public garden.
